Skip Smith.....helped make the often difficult transition of moving to another state much easier!

Gary was considering a job offer with Hobart Co. which would relocate us from Bellingham, WA to Salt Lake City, UT. It was arranged by the person recruiting Gary for us to fly there to rendezvous with him and check out the area to see if this was a place we might be comfortable calling home.
Prior to this trip to Utah, we contacted our real estate agent in Bellingham to arrange a meeting with a real estate agent in Salt Lake. Mr. Skip Smith contacted us and we arranged to meet with him while in Salt Lake City. He picked us up at our hotel and we spent the entire afternoon driving around Salt Lake Valley looking at home for sale in various areas. He answered our numerous questions about the area and by the time he dropped us back at the hotel we had a real "feel" for what might become our new State.

Gary did accept the job offer and we moved to Salt Lake City in March 1992. A few months later we decided we were ready for some serious house hunting so naturally we called our new friend Skip Smith. We found the perfect home and lived there for 6 years at which time we decided to upgrade. Of course we called on Skip to help us once again and we found another perfect home.

Skip Smith helped to make the often difficult transition of moving to another state much easier. And it's nice to know they are still there when we need them!
